This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including registered players, visitors who browse the Platform without registering, and any individual who contacts 98pkr through any available support channel.

• Legitimate interests: Platform security monitoring, fraud detection, responsible gaming interventions (where proportionate), service improvement analytics, and customer support quality review;
• Consent: sending promotional communications and marketing messages, where you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

06 Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

6.1 Service Providers. 98pkr shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including: payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banking partners), game content providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play), identity verification services, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platform vendors. All such providers are contractually required to process data only on 98pkr's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.2 Legal Disclosure. 98pkr may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or courts where required by applicable law, court order, or where 98pkr reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

• KYC/CNIC verification documents: retained for 5 years from the date of account closure or last transaction, whichever is later;
• Support communications: retained for 2 years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical/log data: retained for 12 months in active systems; anonymised data may be retained for longer periods for Platform analytics.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.

08 Security Measures

• Automated anomaly detection systems that flag suspicious login patterns (such as logins from new devices or unusual geographic locations).

11 Children's Privacy

98pkr is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the account will be reviewed for retention or deletion in accordance with our legal obligations, and any PKR balance will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Parents and guardians in Pakistan are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing 98pkr or similar platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on 98pkr, please contact our support team immediately with the relevant account information.

12 Changes to This Policy

98pkr reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material – for example, where we introduce a new category of data processing or a new category of third-party recipient – we will notify registered users via a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, via SMS to the registered mobile number.
