2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of 98pkr. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 98pkr reserves the right to request CNIC documentation at any stage to verify age. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 98pkr complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your city and province within Pakistan. Access to online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. 98pkr does not provide legal advice, and it is your obligation to seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 98pkr. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method. Any PKR balance on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes. 98pkr is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason.
3.2 98pkr will never ask you to disclose your full password via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 98pkr account, you must notify us immediately and change your password without delay.
3.4 On shared devices – including family computers or workplace phones in Karachi, Lahore, or elsewhere in Pakistan – you must log out of your 98pkr account after each session to prevent unauthorised use.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 98pkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. This list is subject to change; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your 98pkr account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.5 Disputed Transactions. If you believe an error has occurred in a deposit or withdrawal transaction, you must notify 98pkr support within 72 hours of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this window may not be actionable.
5.1 All bets placed on 98pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are displayed on the relevant sports or game page and form part of these Terms.
5.2 98pkr reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake in the odds or game outcome calculation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
5.3 Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player once the relevant event or game round has commenced, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
5.4 98pkr uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all slot and electronic table game products. These RNGs are independently verified and produce statistically fair outcomes that cannot be influenced by the Platform or any Player.
5.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and game. These limits are displayed on the relevant page and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
6.1 98pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 98pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, breach of these Terms, or other fraudulent activity in connection with the promotion.
6.4 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your 98pkr account. Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fulfilled.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 98pkr and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:
8.1 All content on 98pkr, including but not limited to the Platform name, logo, game content, text, graphics, interface design, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 98pkr or its licensed game providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation.
8.2 Game content provided by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI Games, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. 98pkr licenses such content for display on the Platform and does not claim ownership over it.
9.1 98pkr provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 98pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of PKR funds due to service interruptions, network outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
9.3 In all cases, 98pkr's aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 98pkr's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any PKR balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach, subject to applicable law. 98pkr will provide written reasons for any forfeiture upon request.
11.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting 98pkr support. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been met.
12.1 98pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 98pkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or via SMS to the registered mobile number.
12.2 Your continued use of 98pkr following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
